Real estate companies have begun competing and submitting applications to obtain investment lands in the Boulevard area in Capital Gardens City.
The authority has also received applications from companies to obtain lands of various sizes within the area, noting that the high demand from companies is due to the location's distinction and the ministry's good planning for it.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Housing has begun work on the project to implement the main utilities, which include networks (roads – water – sewage – irrigation) in the Boulevard area located between the Regional Ring Road and the Imam Al-Shafi'i Axis, west of the 2,350-acre area.
