The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, plans to offer 10,000 residential land plots during the new year 2026.
It confirmed that the land plots will be made available through 4 new offerings over the course of next year to meet the needs and requirements of citizens and the real estate market, and the offering includes various new cities.
The Ministry of Housing offered (2333) residential land plots in the medium, distinguished, and most distinguished housing axes as part of the sixth offering "Maskan" last August, while the lottery among competitors for them will be held during the current week.
