Misr Real Estate Platform began, today Sunday 18 January 2026 at exactly ten o'clock in the morning, opening electronic booking for units of the "Diarna" project, with booking continuing until Monday 19 January 2026, as part of the second offering of the 400,000 housing units initiative.
The platform clarified that this offering includes 25,000 housing units previously announced during the month of last November.
Misr Real Estate Platform has set the timeline for electronic booking for the rest of the offered projects, where booking for units of the "Zalal" project begins during the period from Tuesday 20 to Wednesday 21 January 2026, while Ismailia units are booked on Thursday 22 January 2026 only. It was also decided to open booking for units of the "Janna", "Sakan Misr", "Rawdat Al Obour", and "Free Housing" projects during the period from Monday 26 to Tuesday 27 January 2026.
The platform confirmed that all booking and allocation times begin daily at exactly ten o'clock in the morning, and booking is done electronically only through the official website of Misr Real Estate Platform.
