Launch of ‘Housing’ apartments for low- and middle-income earners

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is preparing to launch about 37,000 residential units under the presidential initiative ‘Housing for All Egyptians’ during the first quarter of the new year 2026, i.e. after the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to launching a number of units

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is preparing to offer about 37,000 housing units under the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians" during the first quarter of the new year 2026, i.e., after the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to offering a number of units under the middle-income housing axis, as a continuation of the ministry's offerings that it seeks to provide from time to time, to benefit the largest number of citizens, especially those with limited and middle incomes.

As well as offering the third phase of apartments in the «Zalal and Diarna» projects, for middle-income citizens, with different areas and prices, through the Egypt Real Estate Platform, within the framework of offering the second phase of the 400,000 housing units, noting that the housing units within the «Zalal and Diarna» projects will be fully finished, with areas ranging between 110 and 125 square meters, and a down payment starting from 15%.
