Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, followed up on the steps and procedures taken to launch the real estate export platform, in the presence of officials from the Ministries of Housing, Communications and Information Technology, and the New Urban Communities Authority.
Stressing the need to combine efforts among all entities concerned with this file, contributing to facilitating the process of property ownership for both Egyptians residing abroad and foreigners, with the platform showcasing various properties suitable for all segments, through providing a clear and organized real estate market, protecting investors and ensuring the integrity of procedures and rights, as well as building international confidence and enhancing foreign investor confidence, through the governance of this system with a strong infrastructure, secure unit exchange, and globally recognized documentation standards, in addition to the platform supporting a number of languages, currencies, and transfers, and protecting the rights of the transacting parties to encourage real estate investment.
